I am a sociologist at the University of California, Berkeley studying the future of work.

Workplaces will undergo drastic transformations in the next few years. Employees are increasingly seeking organizations that align with their values and allow for open dialogue on the ways that technologies, such as AI, are integrated into their work.

I seek to understand this change.
